Why we issue hazardous-work and unhealthy-work-condition reports

Brazilian unhealthy-work-condition and hazard-pay reports cannot be signed by just any engineer. The CLT requires an occupational physician or occupational safety engineer, while most electrical engineering firms do not hold this qualification and must subcontract or decline the work.

Maccari’s technical lead holds both qualifications: Electrical Engineering and Occupational Safety Engineering. In practice, the electrical assessment and employment-law report come from the same company, under the same signature, with no third party involved.

The action plan

A report without an action plan is only half a report.

Identifying an irregularity is the easy part. Solving the problem requires knowing what to do, in what order and by when. Every report we issue includes a risk-prioritized corrective schedule so you can budget, plan and respond to inspectors with dates.

About carrying out the corrective work

Maccari also performs electrical construction. When the same supplier identifies a problem and sells the correction, clients are right to ask questions.

Our position is straightforward. The report is delivered with an action plan and you remain free to hire any contractor. If you prefer Maccari, our quotation is submitted only after the report is delivered, separately and never bundled with it.

“Maccari’s team is responsible for electrical projects, inspections and technical reports for our sites. Their work is thorough, responses are fast, and they take care to understand each project before proposing solutions.”
